It has been announced today that SoftSmart Ltd has been acquired by CACI Ltd.

CACI is a leading provider of information systems and marketing solutions in the UK working primarily with local government.

SoftSmart Ltd provides a well established range of software solutions for the pre-school and early years sector.

Merging the products and services offered by SoftSmart and CACI will provide our respective customers, and the Children’s Services market as a whole, with a valuable strategic partner. The new merged product portfolio will support local authorities in the transition towards fully integrated services looking after the interests of children and young people from birth to adulthood.

Softsmart Limited Managing Director Paul Richards, said:
